High School Cheer Practice
High school cheer practice is not nearly as hard or involved as competitive cheer leading practice. It does require to stunt and tumble but it does not require the hard level of skills and the workouts etc. But, high school cheer does have something that competitive cheer does not, it is actually cheering. High school cheerleaders need to have a projective voice and be in uni-cine with the rest of their teammates with the cheer they're on and the motions that they are doing at the same time. Yelling the cheers is just one thing you have to remember at least 15 other cheers which could become extremely confusing. High school cheer practice is pretty much running through cheers and what they are going to be doing/performing at the next basketball or football games and pep rally's. They have to practice with the energy that they are going to use during those events that the entire school will be at. The energy during practice is necessary because if they do not use it then, then they will not be able to get the school excited or even get their attention at these school events.
